lion's mane and ginger burgers

Lion's Mane and Ginger Burgers

2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 lb mushrooms, diced
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
1 lb ground turkey or vegan substitute*

Sauté garlic in olive oil until lightly browned. Add ginger and allow flavors to combine for one minute before adding diced mushrooms.

In a large bowl, add soy sauce to ground turkey/vegan substitute. Add the sautéed mushroom, garlic, and ginger and mix well. Form into patties and pan fry, grill, or broil.
